Step 2 — Make an eligible purchase & scan your card
You’ll receive one (1) entry per Qualifying Transaction when you scan/enter your River Road members card at the time of purchase. Choose any one of the following:
Bar (XXXX or Bundy): Spend $20 or more in one purchase on any XXXX or Bundy products.
Food: Spend $30 or more in one purchase on food.
Gaming: $50 on pokies in the gaming room.
If a receipt isn’t provided automatically, please ask staff and keep it as Proof of Purchase.
After a qualifying transaction, you’ll receive a ticket – pop it into the promo barrel in venue.
Multiple entries?
Yes – you can enter multiple times during the promotional period.
Limit: one (1) entry per qualifying transaction, regardless of spend above the threshold.
You must be present for the draw at 3pm on the 22nd of November.

- $30 of food in one purchase → 1 entry.
- $50 in gaming → 1 entry
- Two separate qualifying transactions in a day → 2 entries

When is the draw?
3:00pm Sat 22 Nov at River Road Tavern (Beenleigh).
Who can enter?
Queensland residents 18+ who are River Road members. New members can join in venue before purchase.
How do I earn entries?
Scan your members card when you make an eligible purchase (see “How To Enter” above). You’ll receive a ticket for each qualifying transaction and place it in the barrel.
Do I need to keep my receipt?
Yes. Keep your receipt(s) as Proof of Purchase – staff may ask to verify an entry.
Do I need to be present to win?
Yes. The major prize winner must be on-site at the time of the draw to claim. If not claimed, a redraw occurs (see T&Cs).
